Tombolo Clothing
- Tombolo created this message, which is a leisure clothing brand.
- The techniques they used to attract my attention were displaying a swipe-able post that shows clothing I would be interested in. This ad came up a few times, though I’m assuming the few seconds I spent swiping through the first time pinged me to show me the ad again. The models look like they’re all very comfortable, and having fun in the sun, which is also seemingly attractive quality about the clothes.
- Different people would not even slow down when seeing the clothes, simply based on style preference. Some people also do not pay attention to ads at all, whereas every so often, I will check them out.
- This is a leisure clothing brand. Most of the modeling is done near water, and their clothing is mostly short sleeved, which would be good for the upcoming spring/summer. It also implies, it’s popular beach/boat-wear (neither of which I’m near very much). What’s interesting is that it is also a bit out of the range I would spend on clothing, which makes me think they’re reaching a bit to see if I’d be interested.
- This message is being sent because Tombolo wants me to buy something. Instagram is one of the best ways to get people who don’t watch much TV, or shop in person, to see clothes they may want to buy. I'm sure this brand does really well in non-landlocked states.
