Media Use Week 1
I notice that I use my phone a lot more than I use a computer (since phones are basically computers). I also notice that I use my phone for organization and keeping to my schedule and calendar. This weekend I tried not using my apple watch to just get away from the constant checking and I think it helped my mental health. I wonder if I tried not using a phone at all - if I would be able to remember all that needs to be done during a work day?
